What are microorganisms?

Some organisms which are present around us .

We cannot see them with our naked eyes, we need to use microscope to see them. Microorganisms are of 4 types. These groups are bacteria, fungi,protozoa and algae.

What are viruses ?

A virus is not a microorganisms because they reproduce only inside the cells of the host organism,which may be a bacterium,plant or animal.

What are the diseases caused by virus and microorganisms?

BACTERIA-Cholera,tuberculosis etc.

FUNGI- Ringworm,blastomycocis etc.

ALGAE- ASP,CFP etc.

PROTOZOA- Malaria, Toxoplasmosis etc.

VIRUS- Ebola,HIV etc.
